Well what's out of control...they spent 200k in Panama on who know's what and money on security but they say they have a theft problem?

I think they have a problem with large fixed price fabrication projects and when the costs run over it will ruin the qtr and probably the year. I don't think they did one in 2014 so maybe the 4th qtr will be ok.
