these judges were not told how to rule

they are punting to appellate courts

(and why single out ANY administration as the type that might call a district judge ---- I am sure some cases some administrations might get word to judges ..... but I also am sure that many many many judges (now that they are JUDGE) do not like being pushed or cajoled in anyway

again - we will all be able to focus better on the facts and circumstances at hand if hatred for BO is removed

it serves no purpose on this board
