I use Scottrade too, and if you're on their website and click on ECIG in your account, the headline of the resulting page says:
"Electronic Cigarettes International Group Ltd ECIG:OTCQB"

Again, you can go to www.pinksheets.com (redirects to OTCMarkets.com) and type in ECIG, click "get quote" and you're there with the current status. I hope that helps clarify
