Why would you, or anyone invest in a company that has a de facto CEO Michael Llamas that is under a 16 count federal criminal indictment for mortgage fraud?
Mortgage fraud occurs with intent.....and not by mistakes.
The fraudster de facto CEO Michael Llamas will be taken into federal custody in 118 days.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Paul A. Hemesath is the lead prosecutor in the massive mortgage fraud case and has a 100% conviction ratio so far. The de facto CEO is next to stand trial......the victims will get justice. IMHO
