Let's review...

You cannot calculate a conversion for a preferred share based on a share price, since a preferred share does not represent any specific value - i.e., there is no numerator.

The statement you highlighted speaks to how the DIVIDEND will be converted into common shares - the DIVIDEND has a notional value in dollars.

A preferred share does not.

Let's do an example:

The common stock share price is 0.005 and is unchanged for the 10-day period prior to conversion. How many common shares would be issued for each preferred A share?

A: it cannot be calculated, because the preferred A shares have no notional value.

You CAN calculate how many shares the ACCUMUATED DIVIDEND is converted into.

You CANNOT do so for the Preferred A share itself.

If you think you can, then do the calculation and show us using the 0.005 PPS example.
