The problem that I find is Des remaining in his position until feb 28. That's roughly 90 days from initial notice. If you had an opportunity lined up, why wait so long to take the job? If I was selected as the new CEO, I would seize the opportunity right now...XXII shipping and in monetization stages.

Which makes me a little doubtful it's Des.
