GRCU stated they would have audited financials in the November 19, 2014 press release in 2-1/2 months.

Here is what GRCU said in the press release:

During the next approximately two and a half months, GCI management will seek to obtaining the necessary audited financial statements.

Let me see - November 19, 2014 that was exactly 76 days ago or 2 months and 15 days.

yep, that is 2 1/2 months and GRCU has missed another self imposed deadline.

There hasn't any press releases about hiring a auditing firm.

Just more pumping promises that aren't delivered.

And GRCU seemed so sincere when they wrote:

Green Cures management notes that becoming a fully reporting company has been one of management's top priorities

It is such a high priority that they still haven't done anything to expedite the process.
