I agree 100% Junk. Chesapeake Energy - 500 mil. shs

Conoco Phillips - 1.2 bill shs

Phillips 66 - 550 mil. shs.

Are these companies respectable with large OS? Yes!

Can Superior grow into 350 mil.shs? Probably.

Does venture capital want a 350mil sh. company ? Probably Not.
They want 35mil shs so they can get a piece of the pie as the
Auth. Shs. grows & they buy in.
