pay attention before you bash someone:

fiscal year has changed: q4 2014 will now end june 31, 2015

so dec 31, 2014 was the end of q2

they have 45 days to post financials hence by feb 14 we will have q2 financial release

read the posts before you accuse someone of not reading the posts :)
