It never happened because the company that we got the website from is still beta testing the app. It had all kinds of bugs in it. Ask the Webmaster she can explain everything to you. It's a very cheap add on to the site and they would have had it already if it worked like it should. This is all very easy stuff to find out with a little DD. If you use your cell phone to log in I do believe there is something to click on where you can change it to a cell phone view. That's something to ask the Webmaster also.
