....BK is correct...Audit committee is there for "full disclosure" of correct, transparent and truthful financial reporting...NOT oversight over the to operational decisions of the Officers or the Board.

As Section 2 indicates..it would have oversight and review over the public accounting firm and all issues related...Not over the Board or Officers business decisions.
