You dont need to care about what people say but if you own this Co's stock you should care about the facts and the lack thereof.

Fact: Financials filed have Total Current Assets and Net Profit From Operations as the EXACT SAME NUMBER, that is impossible.
Fact: Mini Dollar was claimed to be a big Value to the company yet it is given away to another worthless pink sheeter=PAPA.
No terms, No explanation.
Fact: No place to See or Touch anything this conglomerate claims to have or produce.
Fact: Stock owned by very small group of people.
Fact: Waiting for 2 yrs or more for an audit that still isnt here. What is the latest excuse? 8 mil in profit should cover an audit that would take a a couple days to do since its all one guy buying companies from himself for stock.
Fact: People involved have less than stellar history when it comes to the SEC.

Fact: Nobody here that claims this is such a great company has any FACTS to back it up!
