The people in the pictures are peasants. Som Tom vendors, people on the street.

Meaningless.

All they are doing is holding up the meter. I can pay someone in BKK a couple hundred bucks and they will return with 500 pictures just like this.

you can't use the meter unless the Govt. mandates it.... and that ain't gonna happen.

you want to know why the company won't put out a Pr that the Govt. is even CONSIDERING it?

Because they know the govt. has not and will not consider it. And the SEC will shut this down if they put out a PR like that.. the SEC will ask for proof and the company doesn't have any.
