Yes and like I said I am not a friend or co worker I am a investor. And I know the other investor that called the sec to do the audit. They just finished a sorbanes oxley audit on ubiquity and everything came back good! That is a good thing about investors they stick together and inform each other of stuff that is happening! So that is how I know that the b.s you write on here is invalid and holds no truth. There will be a 10k filed in March about the same time you Bryan Jordan will be up for trial for meth charges!
