Kistler's early years where spent working as a Indiana State Trooper, his training included PI time on White Collar Crime. He's disciplined and has proven his ability to craft a story and perpetrate it to the "Ill Informed" for substantial financial gain. I find it interesting his legal counsel is listed as a benefactor of "stock for payment".

It simply amazes me that Kistler continues to operate in the Pink World without a FINRA or SEC inquiry. Especially since he has been CEO of 10 or so Public companies of which everyone was RS to death then belly up to .000. These Scams will continue until the Law Changes and people are personally held accountable for their actions.

2015- I see being no different then past years just different Schemes & Scams. This stock and any others Kistler is involved with, will all end up being just another bad Train Wreck...
