Also look at regal capital which ceo has been tied to the financed the company.

This is why the rs is planned no later than dec 2015. The name of the game is dilute dilute dilute tjen rs and dobit all over again. Add in the 300k plus in dilutive financing and you have a race for the exits as the dilution kings dump shares on newbie bagholders. How do you do that day after day. Sooner or later the vol drys up. Over all this company could have worked, publicly traded surviellamce company in mj space. The focus of the company is on dumping shares on shareholders not running a sucessful thriving business. Like a lot of these small scam companies they have a short term focus and they all end the same one or 2 rs maybe 3, then even the dullest of bagholders dont want to play anymore. Company implodes, remorphes or goes poof and the shell gets sold.
