Mexican Brewery makes and owns the brand
worldwide Beverage imports it and moves it to the distributor
Local distributors receive it in each state
They ship it to stores
Consumers buy it
DKAM has a license to do something but we are not really sure what. It is probably some arbitrary amount for marketing or something that Worldwide Beverage put into place because it owns so much DKAM stock it wanted stock price support so they can more profitably dump shares. I am guessing DKAM are making a cent or two a case but they still own nothing but rights to do something that likely is not that lucrative and can be taken away at any time.
