1 BILLION shares outstanding and very little of ANYTHING spent on MINING EXPLORATION ANYWHERE yet it's called a MINING EXPLORATION COMPANY?

Prospective MULTI-BILLION project they say, but not ONE LEGALLY REQUIRED document to back up the claim?

Revolutionary mining process claim, but no "PROOF'S IN THE PUDDING" projects to DEMONSTRATE it's value?


CEO, CFO and other company titles held by one person, "RED LIGHT" for any company where any such situation exist?

These are just a few examples of the CONSPIRACY.


And BTW, I have no doubt, MAYBE a little OK, LBSR will announce a J/V at some point, however it will be so TOXIC to current shareholders they will wish they had not, with the EXCEPTION of MANAGEMENT as always

Additionally, it's easy to BELT TIGHTEN after all of the FAT years of raiding the COMPANY COFFERS, how about a little or a lot of INVESTMENT from those at the TOP, demonstrating to SHAREHOLDERS their commitment to LBSR, seems to be a "NO BRAINER" to me since the claims are worth BILLIONS? RIGHT?


I could not agree more on the "CONSPIRACY"
