Debtfinancing would be a nice way to handle this start, conditions with partners in the backround can work out, "only" 400 mio$ to 500 mio$ needed(if discussed figures are correct)
With the revenue stream from 2017... can be paid back in less 20 years...

Valuation?

Iamgold`s niobium project sold for 650 $ mio and still 1,8 $ billion need to be invested..
2,4 billion $...... is a sweet number and the end

S/P now is not interesting for the big boys now, later with senior stockexchange we are
allowed to see more...
