who knows, theoretically, that could take place
whatever happens vote-wise ? maybe even more loudly
when President O vetoes it..?

But but..all this is occurring BEFORE the environmental
studies are published ? cart before the horse ?

if this is an obligatory document, maybe that could be
our PR ??
