Also, very troubling to me are possible material comments being presented only to those in attendance at the Annual Meeting. That's a regulation issue and that is scary... If true, Allana should have at least released a summary bullet list of live meeting comments made additional to power point presentation.

It seems time has never been of essence or concern. Constant ongoing delays in financing timelines, with endless entities/demands/delays requested and granted gratis rather than conditional to doing the deal beget/encourage more and more of the same.

Foggy SOP agenda insertion now with suspended FEED while perhaps beginning construction prior to financing appears haphazard, convoluted and even bizarre.

Moving in all directions gets you nowhere fast!
Too many balls in the air and they ALL come crashing down.
