Where did Harvoni therapy enter the picture? I thought original ESRX deal gave exclusivity to V-P in preferred formulary as opposed to Sovaldi, with appropriate medical exceptions.

In light of your edit adding last paragraph to your post, I would agree with free market approach, with two or more competitors/sides having competition ability on many variables in the market place. ESRX is not much of a free market entity in that sense. I still wonder if ESRX/ABBV deal would be found to be an illegal restraint of trade with evidence to be produced in court on facts we do not know about at present time.
