personal opinions about what should or should not be of importance to the Vietnamese don't matter...the vietnamese have already spoken about what is important to them and what they need to do about it..

Personally, I'm not too fussed that the Vietnam deal is off as I had plenty of reservations. Don't get me wrong, it is more than possible for business to succeed here but not normally without innumerable complications, high risk of technology theft etc etc......"
