Most people buy stock in a company if undervalued. If the Penny Marshall deal goes through, then I would guess insiders are glad to pick up shares when market cap. is $100-200,000. Obviously Jake and Roger have to execute. Give it a year. Not a tradable stock, even with reverse split. Just buy and hold.
