Wrong. This ain't my first rodeo. The company's reply has to "cya" even though it is a colloquialism. It is a type of safe harbor statement despite it's informal nature. If you notice the replies by MELY they actually say nothing that they haven't said in the past. imo, and from past experience it is a mistake for a company to take social media to make anypublic reply. That should be left to a professional IR person, which MELY ain't got.
