Magnus: what you are not addressing is the missed timelines the company has stated. Sure they have their own facility, but they claimed they would be operational by now, but it's not. Yes, they are producing 'cides, but they haven't completed the necessary scale up to continue Tox or deliver batches necessary to keep Tox from stalling. They will be producing Tox material at the new facility once it is operational, but claimed they didn't need the new facility to complete Tox. They said Tox would be completed in '12, '13 and '14 and clinicals would start in '13 and '14. They said Ebolacide2 would not impact Flucide Tox, and is absolutely has (they had to produce material for ebolacide2 instead of another delivery of Flucide to BASi).

Do you see a pattern?
