My question is, is the acquisition subject to bank integration?
Or is he saying the apps will be launched after successful bank integration?
And is he implying bank integration will take 6 weeks?

"The acquisition is expected to close in approximately 6 weeks, subject to due diligence, and after the completion of technical bank integration, MyECheck will launch its mobile app payment system that will include the Seergate technology."

If you were to add a period in this sentence, would it be after the word "diligence" or after "integration"? The meaning of the sentence is unclear and would change depending on where the period would be.
