So Chris Tesarski... Why are you beating around the bush when it comes to giving informing to investors about the filings getting done? Did you tell the SEC the same Bullshit story about this "Canadian deal" that would allow fillings to be funded? Have you even set up a schedule with the SEC yet? I would think they would expect first, a couple years worth of amended filings that would be much closer to the truth that the delinquent 10-K could be based on... Who is going to be the auditor? According to the SEC filings M&K is STILL Treaty Energy's auditor as there as been no 8-K saying any different.( 8-K Item 4.01 Changes in Registrant’s Certifying Accountant.) By the way M&K as some very serious SEC fraud charges to deal with as well.

Is M&K even willing to do the auditing for Treaty seen as how Treaty is now Charged with Fraud??? I would think that most if not all auditors would not want to touch Treaty with a 10 foot pole, especially one that is in hot water already with the SEC... You do realize that the ONLY way Treaty can get off the Grey Market "Restore Treaty to full trading status" your words... Is to bring all filings up to date, the SEC fraud charges dropped which off course will NOT happen, or found not guilty, LOL! Not going to happen either... You see a Market Maker will not sponsor a company if there is any question of fraud. A sponsoring Market Maker filing a form 15c2-11 with FINRA and FINRA approval is the ONLY way off the Grey Market. FINRA will also not allow any corporate actions such as a merger of any sort as a short cut. Something many company's in this situation fantasize about. It's never allowed.
The clocks ticking and I doubt Treaty has much time left... let along any real hope of being a real oil company, something Treaty never was. It was all a Blackburn scam from the time he took TECO over and there is a mountain of evidence to prove that. I'm amazed you think you can post the same kind of Bullshit "updates" as Treaty has done for years. The SEC must scratching thier heads as well.
