in my opinion that was not the entire premise and it seems to be

that you are not understanding what the business is with INCC


at this time, my focus as a shareholder here is not on a piece of grow technology

my focus as a shareholder is to see if INCC can get a license

I really think they can get a license

I have no concern over black lights, humidifiers, green lights, blue lights, exhaust systems, watever systems

I want to see if these guys have what it takes to achieve a license on this FWDG property

the process for licensing is not an easy one

if it was easy, everyone would be doing it

I have been helping businesses get licensed for years and I have said this before the average time frame to get a license is usually 18months from beginning to end . . .

that is why it never phased me about the other deals being delayed, because I already understand all the delays, there are many little things to get a license

people dont understand how many little things there are

for example, they got a survey done the other day

here it is:


Now, when you look at this survey, most people think, OH, thats easy

and YES - theoretically - it should be EASY

but something as small as getting the survey and submitting the survey is 2 different things

Have you ever submitted a survey to a municipality building department??

if you are a surveyor or architect and you never submitted a survey to a municipality - you will be in for a big surprise

ESPECIALLY - when you sit in front of the building department personnel and they look over your survey - it is the most POLITICAL process and full of bureaucracy

first off, you need to pick a number when you go to meet with them because there are only a few people that can review your submission

then, they make you wait for hours on end simply for them to look over your survey

in some citys, I know who the reviewers are (single young men) and believe it or not, I would send an attractive girl into the reviewers room - hoping they would skip a few other people on the waiting list so they can be the one that reviews her survey (which would really be my survey of my clients land)


once the reviewer sees the survey, they look at all aspects of it

and guess what - they LOVE to pull out the red pen and mark it up as if it is not good enough

so then you have to bring the RED PEN version back to the autocad program and re-do the survey with the redmarked changes


then - you send the hot girl back over there - hoping to finally get it submitted

SO - we have a survey complete - they showed it the other day

but - I bet you that survey is not submitted yet . . .

Im wondering if it - and if it is not - what are they waiting for?

I want to see them get this license!!! PERIOD!!!

the question is, can they get a license ?????!!!!!

im cool with the delays . . . .

I wont be cool if they cant get the license

without a license, we do not have a business here
