the fact that he created the s-1 in order to have the ability to sell 110 mil shares to get more money?...

vietnam halted the kblb deal until laws could be created to address the gm organism situation...and i would imagine they will have consider other possibilities besides just the ms worms...thats not gonna happen any time soon...its doubtful that even a bag of incentives can speed up that process much...its a too little too late situation...

hoping for much else other than what i suggested is just a dream...
