The 8million options he got vest over a period of 10 years and at a price of $0.17. So they're basically worthless right now. The only way they become worth anything is if the stock goes significantly higher than $0.17.

For example, at a stock price of $0.18, the options are worth $0.01. At a stock price of $0.19, they're worth $0.02.

It basically comes out to 800,000 shares a year due to the vest period.
