I believe the company is playing rope-a-dope with J&J. There is no upside to broadcast corporate progress over the next 60 days even if there is progress. J&J has done some very bad things, like sending hateful and threatening letters to DECN customers and the customers of DECN customers. For the company to receive the highest possible settlement from J&J they need to convince J&J that the damage caused by J&J was deadly. So yes I do believe the on-line efforts are just right.

Shareholders will need to learn that doing things to raise the stock price, other than reporting events (good and bad) is counterproductive even if they are counter intuitive.
