Since public records conflict about just who the other EO or Director is, we might assume it is Dave, or we might assume it is Yaples, or ???


2. While I too have been Chief Cook and Bottle Washer (HA!) I do understand that titles mean little when we must do it all in order to succeed, it is not the same on legal documents. The officers and Directors of a company owe me fiduciary, the highest level of protection of my interests. Directors hold higher fiduciary that officers, which is why a board should meet w/o officers in order to determine exceutive compensation and other matters where there could be Conflict of Interest.
