IMO. IMO. He (Paul) delivered the asset backed finance to GRR first. After that GRR have been sold to Greg Gustin and GRR changed the name to QR and of course Greg Gustin recognised the loan of 5.1M. After that Paul signed the contract to deliver the gold. When he become 50% owner is not subject of any news, update or PR so may be that was the reason of the dark "ages" of 7 months.
If Greg is still the 50% owner then he will be good co-owner in the deal as experienced businessman as follow: Greg Gustin ,bought PSRU FROM JOEL/MNGG/ and GRR too. IMO.
