Krombcher; Thanks For The Good Read. I've been leaning in the same direction, thanks for putting into words some of my thoughts.

In fact, Deloitte's role is most likely to offer some sort of fairness opinion on Offor's asking price given that the market is trading ERHC's shares at a penny or sub penny.



I'm hoping Deloitte comes close to Offor's $10.
