So if they genuinely applied for an uplisting to a major exchange and do indeed meet the requirements then why have we been waiting all this time for the uplist? 

In your obvious expert opinion sir....and from your personal experiences...Please tell us the time frame for the complete process of up-listing for each of the 5 major world exchanges listed as 5 the possibilities in the PR.

and if they are buying back shares why dilute more into the float. That is quite literally the opposite of what he has stated in the most recent PR 

Dilute? According to what information? According to whom? (Anonymous message board posters don't count....)
