Reverse mergers and mergers can be devastating to shareholders if there is too much of a reverse split and the stock is diluted and plummets in price. SMM is doing this to be able to sell shares and finance expansion. From what I gather, they are interested in maintaining a good price to attract capital and build confidence. Investing in these mergers is always a risk, but this one seems much better for us than others I have seen or been involved in. Getting to a minimum of .10 would be ideal for a return, and beyond .10 will be wonderful. I will be buying more next week.
