Walked into a RadioShack in Chicago today, to return a $29 helicopter I bought on New Years even for fun, which actually didn't work out of the box. I work 80+ hours per week and today was the last day to return it, stopped in and one employee handed me of to another. The employee was hood as f**** and not male I should mention. The employee then before asking me in a helping manner stated in front of other customers with a grin "didn't work out of the box huh? "And you waited until the last day to return it?." In the most rude manner imagineable. No wonder why they had such shitty sales! They have no sales skills!
