What will WNTR be left with.

1) We don't know all the details yet of GCHI but what we do know is that WNTR received 13,669,394 common shares for the 1,000,000 Greenfund shares they held as a result of exchanging Series 'C' preffered shares to the Colorado formed Greenfund.

Now, as for the dividend to WNTR shareholders:
Record Date: 6/30/2014
Pay Date: 7/24/2014

http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/WNTR/news/WNTR-announced-a-spin-off-of-restricted-shares-of-GCHI-Green-Company-Holdings--Inc--with-a-record-date-of-6-30-2014--WNTR-will-not-be-quoted-ex-dividend?id=88167&b=y

What we don't know exactly is how many of those shares were given out to shareholders and how many, if any are left with WNTR.

We know that as of 6/30, as per the quarterly financials, on pg.3(of 20) it states the following:

Total shares outstanding: 1,266,939,386 at June 30, 2014
Total shares outstanding: 1,330,909,290 at August 14, 2014

However, on pg.5 (of 20) under shareholders equity section it has the following:

Common Stock, par value .001 authorized 2,100,000,000
1,266,939,386 and 509,642,045 issued and outstanding

With any of these numbers used it would appear as if some of those common shares may still be held by WNTR.

2) On pg.16 (0f 20) of the same document:

GCHI issued 3 million Preferred Shares to Worldwide in exchange for interests in E3 Space, Greener Wind Solutions, Pamlico Energy, Responsibill and Singlepoint.

.... and...

On June 16, 2014, GCHI Green Company Holdings, Inc. (“GCHI”) was incorporated in New Brunswick, Canada. The company is authorized to issue up to 500 million Class A Common shares @ $1.00 per share and 100,000,000 Class B Preferred Shares @ $5.00 per shares

.... soooooo...... $15 million dollars minimum once GCHI starts trading....and we don't have the details on those preferred shares yet..... maybe they get priority dividends....... other benefits?

3) Considering 1&2, what happens with the I-texts dividend? Does WNTR retain some interest? If so, what is the value? ... time will tell....

4) World Capital Leasing Portfolio, Encryption Solutions (Skylock), DPS Ventures LLC, Marcellus Shale Gas Property.......

5) I guess we also overlooked...... $70+ million assets, $13+ million annual revenue, and $100+ million in contracts with the recently acquired Lemaro portfolio from Venerable Capital.

6) In conjunction with number 5, it is hinted that there may be future assets coming from Venerable Capital.

“We are pleased that we have been able to complete this acquisition and now have the requirements for our listing early in the New Year to maximize value for shareholders. We look forward to working with Venerable Capital Corporation to grow the assets and operations to benefit shareholders over the next few years.”

7) After the up-listing / Cross-listing ..... $30 million for future investments....

8) As business progresses, how many more great opportunities will show up on WNRTs doorstep?.....(the incubator)

I believe for now that is sufficient to show the inherent future value of WNTR.

Just MHO
