The point here is when an individual makes statements and or releases info with dates attached that person should be able to fulfill them or at least confirm reasons why they have not been met.
If I tell a client their project will be completed by a certain date and give a price quote I have to do everything in my power to meet those statements.
If I can't then I have some explaining to do. I can't just pretend I never made them and hope my client doesn't notice.
We are owners and clients and deserve to be kept updated by information.
