to be honest Choice, i think the other client farm Mehos, that was his growing strategy, the last I know is that they had the county medical license approved last August - the gropro patent for his grow technology has been obviously delayed - and I am not sure that deal is happening any more or is delayed further

some are making this a big deal in their minds, but if they were betting the whole company on one client and his growing strategy, I think they were not looking at the business correctly

a business should have many clients, not just one,
now it just so happens that 5 acres of land has the possibility of bringing in much revenue - so yeah - 1 client can make a difference

but if they are serious about growing INCC they need more then just one client

that is why I really like this deal with Futureworld,
because futureworld in my opinion opens them up to having the opportunity to have mulitple deals on their land .. . .

multiple growing licenses,
each grower may have different growing technologys, not just one grow technology

so at this time, if that deal is delayed or gone
so be it

the new lease is calling for a May estimate in terms of achieving a license/buildout

im willing to accept the delay on gropro/mehos client and see what they can deliver on this new executed contract with FWDG

what i like about this one better, is that the lease is documented on the 8-k of FWDG - we can see the lease
