Both December and January declined significantly from what he was selling in previous months.
I think with those 10b5 plans you are only allowed to sell a certain percentage each year, but I don't know if it has a cumulative effect. e.g. if you only sold half of what you were allowed to sell last year, can you sell 1.5x what you're allowed to sell the next year? If so, that may explain why he was selling more last year when volume picked up. Hopefully the plan has now normalized.
