Monetary considerations-fines were addressed to the owners of record pertaining to Fencemaker and that is not FLPC. That said NDEP would not and could not legally address other agencies and their legal positions concerning Mr. Nicholson and FLPC. Now, if you want to contact the owners of the Fencemaker property I assure that you will hear a different story for they have filed suit against Nicholson and FLPC.

I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for ANY reports, filings, statements...etc from Don Nicholson. What does this company have in the way of ANY assets, properties, money...not to mention RESPECT that they could even begin to establish a remote resemblance of a company.

Everyone chooses at the ed of the day how they want to spend their money or throw away their money... Don Nicholson has made a living screwing investors and others who got involved in his scams. FLPC is nothing more than pure entertainment to watch.
