Everyone here is raising valid points, but it is all a stretch without more information. The management has graced us with many pleasant surprises in the past (which we only discovered via filings), clearly proving that they have a grasp on running the company (not so much communicating with shareholders) - so they have that to their credit and no one can legitimately even attempt to deny this point.

The only way for any confirmation of whether this move was good or bad must come from the company. Since they don't issue PRs very regularly, we will have to refer to the 10-K, and coming 10-Qs.

It may take a bit to get the ball rolling for NHS but it can easily be a great deal in the long run. Only time and filings can tell us though.
