66% of shares traded today did not exist at the time of the trade.

There is no other reason than manipulation of NTEK's PPS by MMs for this to happen day after day after day. This is out right larceny. Someone needs to be held accountable for fleecing the retail investor.

The SEC is part of the problem.

First Amendment rights do not cover deliberately false statements.
