Once again, you have some bad information - do you have any DD to support that Richard Weed was also indicted in 2010?

But, as I posted Richard Weed was indicted in November 2014 and in December 2014.

If this isn't accurate then post something to prove it - then contact the SEC and let them know they made a mistake in two press releases.

find it interesting that it was in 2010....but it keeps getting brought up!!!

If there was fraudulent activity it would have been noted in the report put out!
