Yes, they have been testing it for a while but in a different setting from the final location where the machine will be. A perfect environment will prove a better result and I believe they are working diligently to make sure the move and the ultimate location will show results just as in Texas. I do not know the size of this generator, but my guess is there is a lot more involved than picking it up, loading onto a truck and moving it.
Dr. Glotov has come to America with his new idea and he wants it to be right the first time, and I am sure with all the trial and errors, they will have this machine mastered by the time they get to Tero. My hat is off to everyone involved and when the time is right, it will happen. Our patience or impatience about " the news", "the scam", or "the PPS" is totally irrelevant to making it happen or when it will happen.

Just think-- have you ever put your heart and soul into a project? Did it come out exactly as you wanted the first time without trial and errors? It doesn't even have to be a project- how about a relationship?
