Okay I think i see what you're saying about the " uplisting". It's just a spin out and "listing", not uplisting? But the new listing is to be on a higher exchange than the pinks. Seems like you're the playing semantics game here.

Calling a spin out an uplist is playing semantics.

It is in NO WAY an uplist.


playing semantics is used to cause buying or selling based on false information. Like saying uplist when it is a spin out.


SRSR is going to attempt a spin out and they will attempt to do so on a "higher" exchange.

But in the end it will be closer to a RS than an uplist.
