If ESRX hadn't picked Viekira, would GILD have discounted as much to get the other deals? The answer was clearly NO!

As we've stated over the past several weeks, AdverseEvents is not a fan of drug manufacturer and payer exclusivity deals. We believe strongly that they are not in the best interest of drug safety and set a dangerous precedent.



Sure, how about just make a statement that they are in favor of SKY HIGH drug price for a mass market drug? There got to be a balance somewhere!
