There's bound to be some kind of a bounce back up, maybe to 20s, 30s and more ..... (with likely sharp Ups and Downs All Along the Way... LOL) ... if it doesn't go no-bid and R/S first, and that doesn't seem likely, not yet now anyway, in my view.
